SOMSHA
CASE STUDY ยท DUBAI ISLANDS

SeaPoint

A beautiful coastal product with genuine emotional pull. The assignment focused on how consistently the lived guest journey supported that promise across arrival, rooms, F&B and recovery.

What was examined

Arrival and check-in control, room readiness, housekeeping, engineering response, breakfast and lunch service, dietary presentation, amenities, checkout and overall guest confidence.

What the diagnostic surfaced

Strong product fundamentals and memorable views sat alongside a few high-impact inconsistencies in front-office control and F&B execution. The leadership value was in seeing where a small number of moments could disproportionately affect the whole stay.

How SOMSHA worked

The stay was observed as an actual guest journey, translated into department-level findings and then formally presented to ownership with practical recommendations and a training pathway.

Why this matters

Premium hospitality can lose trust through moments that appear minor internally. S-GES is designed to connect those moments back to process, training and management action.
